After 36 hours from delivery, the return request option automatically closes in your account portal as per AMZIRA's policy. If you face any exceptional concern, please contact our support team immediately.

Ready-to-ship catalog outfits are fully eligible within 36 hours. Made-to-measure or custom-stitched garments are non-returnable unless there is a verified defect or incorrect item delivered.
